I am a strong believer in adapting the way we live to include daily exercise routines. For example for osteoporosis, apart from joining me nordic walking here's a little achievable tip that will help. When you get to the sink in the morning to clean your teeth, hop on the spot for 30 seconds first. Use the sink for balance if needed. Do it morning and night, and it'll make a difference. I love the idea of fitness through stealth and shudder at some "one size fits all" full on group sessions or exercise lists that are just too demanding. These, though well intended, can easily be counter productive. We will all live longer if we exercise regularly, I see my job as making that achievable and fun for you. for more information or enquiries please click here (to email) or call on 0777 1807 068 xatho home testimonials personal training nordic walking paddling parties teambuilding robin oakley fitness tips helping you live longer and happier in st albans, harpenden, hemel hempstead, hatfield and welwyn garden city
